After about 200 posts and a million photos describing how he’s basically scratch built a 4 valve v12 out of frankenbits, the guy casually throws in “and I  rewrote the ECU code”!!!!

I don’t normally get too interested in build threads. Every once in a while one like this comes along. This guy is a special kind of crazy. Kind of reminds me of the guy who made the Audi Quattro rally replica by cutting a couple cars in half, but this is way more involved.

ETA: There it is! I was wondering what kind of background the guy had to be doing this much cutting, welding & fine machining using a manual Bridgeport.

R&D engineer, way back I worked nigh ts as a prototype machinist
